What is a Betting Odds Calculator?
An odds calculator is a simple tool for translating betting odds between
formats,
estimating payout and implied probability, and combining legs into a multi (parlay).
Use it for head-to-head markets across NRL, AFL, NBA, UFC and more.
What the Calculator Does
Convert odds instantly between decimal, fractional, and
American.
Build multis (parlays): add head-to-head legs and get the combined multi
odds.
Singles & multis: enter a stake to see total payout and profit.
Implied probability: view the chance each price represents.
How to Use the Betting Calculator
Choose Single or Multi: pick a single head-to-head or add multiple legs for a multi.
Enter Odds in Any Format: type decimal, fractional, or American—everything auto-converts.
Add Your Stake: see payout, profit, and implied probability.
Refine: add/remove legs to adjust your multi odds before you place a bet.
Odds Conversion at a Glance
Decimal → Implied %:1 / decimal
Fractional (a/b) → Decimal:1 + a/b
American (+A) → Decimal:1 + (A / 100) (e.g., +150 → 2.50)
American (−A) → Decimal:1 + (100 / A) (e.g., −200 → 1.50)
Two-Leg Multi: Legs at 1.80 and 2.00 → multi odds = 1.80 × 2.00 = 3.60.
A $50 stake would return $50 × 3.60 = $180 (profit $130).
Why Convert Odds?
Different books and regions display betting odds differently. A flexible
betting calculator makes apples-to-apples comparisons easy, so you can spot underpriced
head-to-head
lines and build better multis.
Tips for Better Multi Odds
Combine independent legs; correlated legs can distort price.
Compare across multiple bookmakers before locking in a multi.
Track implied probabilities to avoid over-stacking long shots.
Limitations
An odds calculator converts and combines prices; it doesn’t guarantee outcomes.
Prices move, markets differ by book, and payout terms can vary. Always check final odds before placing a
wager.
